Hello all, and thanks for coming and checking out this new blog I am starting to follow my families journey to a more simple living.
I am a mum to two rowdy boys, a wife, a runner, a journaling addict, an aspiring minimalist, gin lover, OCD suffer, a Christian, a student, business runner, nature lover and trying to simplify my life!
Throughout this blog, I am going to be exploring what it means to be intentional and to cultivate a life of simplicity in the word of consumerism and business. I’ll be sharing how we get on and tips on what works in order to live an intentional life full of joy. I will be sharing how minimalism and simplicity has turned my life around, and has enabled me to gain more control over my mental health. Also, I’ll be sharing my journey to the London marathon in April 2019! Sharing the ups and downs of marathon training and exploring the truth behind running, simplicity and mental health!
